STRAWBERRY & BANANA NEGRONI
This full-bodied fusion is a twist of the classic Negroni cocktail. Rum instead of gin. Smooth and powerful on the palate. Banana and strawberries also go very well together in this drink.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz BANANA INFUSED AGED RUM
30ml-1oz STRAWBERRY INFUSED ITALIAN RED BITTER LIQUEUR
30ml-1oz SWEET VERMOUTH
3 dash CHOCOLATE BITTERS
3 dash ORANGE BITTERS
CLEAR ICE CUBES @cool_ice_de

Use a chilled mixing glass. Stir all ingredients with clear ice. Dilution is the key. Strain into chilled and clear ice filled rocks glass. Express an orange zest over your drink and enjoy.
