CARAMEL PORN STAR MARTINI
Caramel flavor might attract a few new admirers to this twist of a Porn Star Martini.
This cocktail recipe is really very simple. Why not give it a try right away?

Recipe:
60ml-2oz WINE INFUSED GIN
15ml-0.5oz LEMON JUICE
30ml-1oz CARAMEL SYRUP
1,5 pulp of PASSION FRUIT
1 EGG WHITE or other FOAMER
1 pinch of SEA SALT

Scoop out the pulp of three halved passion fruits into your shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with a large ice cube. Strain back into shaker and dry shake. Fine strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with the fourth passion fruit half.
Good taste starts with smelling. For a more intense experience of caramel flavors, flambe a marshmallow. Smell and taste for a special culinary delight.
