Clark Griswold is not the Only One that Falls during the Holidays

Most of us are familiar with one, Clark Griswold and his journey to host the perfect "family" Christmas and give his kids some insight of what his Christmas' were like as a child. Clark sets out to impress his family guests by hanging and stapling Christmas lights on every square inch of his home. And for those of you that have been living under a rock, it goes about as well as you could imagine, even falling off his ladder and roof a few times!

The movie is hilarious, however, it is not funny when someone has a fall in real life. In this episode, Chris gives our Seniors a little break and covers the rise in falls from individuals over the holiday season (Dec. 1 - Jan. 31). Also, Chris provides ideas and tips to keep our Seniors safe in new surroundings as they may be traveling to stay with family or friends this holiday season. Tips like bringing your own night light to place along a dark path to the restroom. This can be very helpful in an unfamiliar place where they may be spending a few nights to enjoy all the goodness of Christmas and Hanukkah.
