SHORTCUT - There is no shortcut in life!

There is no shortcut in life
My dad always taught me never to do a half ass job
If you are going to do it, then do it right!

In the last 30 years, I found I had to do things myself, so I don’t accuse
And I gotta tell you, relying on other people is a lose-lose, and will just ignite your short fuse

When there are cracks, people fill the void
And sometimes I get really annoyed
Like when inside a public restroom, why am I forced to dry my hands with an air blowing machine?
I’d rather not get attacked by viruses and bacteria blowing all around the room, when I could have just used a paper towel!

Whether it’s duct tape or superglue
Some things make our life easier or lazier
But that’s what Capitalism is all about
So, before you burnout because you’re living in doubt
Remember, America is filled with entrepreneurs
Some get their slice and maybe you’ll eventually get yours

There is no shortcut in life
Unless you win the lottery
But then everyone you know will be up your ass on their knees with pleas begging for money

Jesus Christ man, maybe I don’t understand
But when someone offers a helping hand, I feel like I get scammed
It’s not a control issue, but sometimes I feel like I just got my ass handed to me by some blackbelt in Ninjutsu

It seems everyone on Earth is selfish
And when I sense this, I blow up like a blowfish!
“What do I get out of this by helping you”, attitude.
Damn lazy dude!

Writing and creating videos has become my spiritual remedy. It’s a great hideaway, my therapy, from all of life’s madness, insanity!

I had no idea this would be my escape! In my mind, I am wearing a Superman Cape!

There is no shortcut in life
So, if you are going to do it, then do it yourself and do it right!
Because relying on another will just set you up for failure.
