Tibetan exercises for lymph and blood circulation. This gymnastics makes blood and lymph move faster through the body, eliminates blockage of blood vessels and is a preventative for varicose veins. After sleep, you need to help your body and quickly start all metabolic processes. Therefore, do this simple exercise right on your bed after waking up in the morning.
If you did not find time for the exercise in the morning, then you can do it during the day. In fact, this is the safest exercise for drainage. It is perfect even for those who have specific problems with joints or back, or with other health problems.
How to do the exercise for lymph and blood circulation:
1. lie down on the bed or on the floor.
2. raise your legs and arms at an angle of 90 degrees to the floor.
3. circular movements with your hands and feet, 30 rotations in each direction.
4. start shaking your arms and legs cheerfully and chaotically, you can do it synchronously. Your task is to introduce vibration to your limbs.
This needs to be done within a minute, or better yet, two.
