THE MONSTER OF PIEDRAS BLANCAS 1959 in COLOR - Definitely a Cash-In of Creature From the Black Lagoon. Producer Jack Kevan, as a Universal employee, assisted in creating The Black Lagoon Creature's monster suit and used what he learned for this film's monster. He also hired Universal crew members for the film, and used suit hands from The Mole People monsters & Parts of the suit & feet from This Island Earth's mutants. My opinion is it's the second best 1950s monster suit after The Creature, and the film itself is an admirable effort.
