Well, I can tell, for some reason this guy was covertly brainchipped by his local medical mafia. The A.i. links and controls many digital things like TVs and cellphones. The audios that he hears is just the magnetic brainchip messing with his neurons.
The required celdar-surveillance goes hand in hand with brainchip A.i.-model-training. So Luciferians and gangstalkers sprinkle nanotech surveillance everywhere he goes... even his regular shopping stops. Celdar is powered by induction from the abundant microwaves in our modern atmosphere.
