10 Min "Get Strong" Workout #7: Deadlift, Tricep, Arm Raises

Hello Team! We have another "Get Strong" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on resistance training and muscle development.

We have 3 rounds of Deadlifts, Skull Crushers, and Arm Raises each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second POWER finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15+ lbs).
