Wheelchair Curb Fail

This disabled wheelchair user thought his accessibility problem was solved with a small ramp up to the pavement - only for him to tumble backwards. Wladin Fokin crashed backwards and hit his head on the car bumper, setting off the alarm. But he was unharmed after the mishap in Moscow, Russia, on July 8. In the clip , Wladin says: ''They made an accessible environment for me finally. Are you happy for me, brother?''
