Thursday morning's winter blast's hazardous driving conditions led to a chaotic crash caught on a police dash cam video from Kalamazoo County.

Police and fire vehicles were hit by the jack-knifed semi-truck, clipping the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's deputy cruiser and Comstock Fire truck. The first responders were stopped on the shoulder attending to a previous crash scene where an SUV had flipped in a crash.

The video shows the truck sliding out of control, clipping the police vehicle before slamming into the fire truck, sending firefighters scattering. No first responders were injured, and the truck driver was transported for minor injuries as a precaution.

Kalamazoo County Sheriff Rick Fuller released a statement on social media regarding the harrowing crash, advising drivers to stay off the roads whenever possible during inclement weather.

"At approximately 8:30 AM, first responders were assisting at the scene of an accident on eastbound I-94 near the 80.5-mile marker in Comstock Township when a semi-truck jackknifed, overturned and struck a Comstock Fire apparatus and a Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in this incident.
