Drones over Lahaina Hawaii

I spot drones at least 5+ times every night, used here for surveillance. They were used heavily during the pandemic. Now a normal practice. During Covid if people were spotted by drone outside or, with-out a mask the police would come and issue a citation to the offenders with fines up to $500. Those that didn't pay or go to court faced contempt charges, arrests and incarceration. Some lost their jobs and more. Unbelievable this injustice was allowed. Most if not all of those cases have since been dismissed.
Drones are used in Hawaii by the local government to surveil our highly militarized area. These are not like the other incidents being reported. I speculate those are foreign and highly sophisticated. Equipped with advanced penetrative radar, sensors, cameras and possibly advanced weaponry. Most likely being used to map critical infrastructure and locate vulnerabilities.
