Salmon in Creamy Garlic Sauce #salmon

Easy to prepare this gourmet Salmon filet with this creamy garlic sauce that you will be surprised how delicious it is.
Ingredients:
3 skinless salmon filets
½ tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp cornstarch
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup white wine
½ cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp small capers
1 tsp dill
Season the filets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon filets in the skillet and don’t move them for 3-4 minutes.
Carefully flip the filets using a spatula, and cook them for 3-4 minutes Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Meanwhile, mix the heavy cream, cornstarch, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until the cornstarch is dissolved.
Sauté the minced garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds in the same skillet, and pour in the white wine. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to remove any bits and pieces stuck to it.
Add the chicken broth and simmer until reduced by half. Gently stir in the heavy cream mixture and let the sauce thicken a little, for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat, mix in the dill and capers, and return the filets to the skillet. Coat them with the sauce
