4th In our series the Epistle of Paul to the Ephesians

I. Self Identification Disaster  - Daniel 4:28-33
* A. God’s Word brought judgment upon Nebuchadnezzar
* 1. He identified himself as a beast of the field
* 2. His kingdom put him out to pasture
* B. His sanity returned to him when he repented - Daniel 4:34-37

II. Escaping the Modern Insanity - Ephesians 1:2-3
* A. Understanding the One True God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit
* 1. Worship of the One True God
* a. We bless God not because He needs anything from us but out of a heart of love for Him
* b. We worship Him because He is worthy of worship, we give Him what is due Him
* 2. Understanding Him as He reveals Himself to us in Scripture is essential to our worship of Him
* a. Blessing Him For what He has done for us of His great mercy
* b. Thus worship reorients us to reality
* B. Understanding ourselves as we in reality are in the eyes of God 
* 1. In Christ we have received God’s grace in salvation
* a. We are blessed with many temporal blessings, but far greater are the spiritual blessings
* b. Not just some spiritual blessings but every spiritual blessing
* 2. In the heavenly places in Christ Jesus
* a. Seated in Christ in the heavenliness - Eph. 2:6
* b. Parallel to Christ being seated - Eph 1:20
* c. Judgment committed to us - 1 Cor. 6:2-3
* d. Ruling and Reigning with Christ - Rev. 20:4
* e. We are not only destined for the throne we are now seated with Christ
