Hello and welcome to the Look-See in February 2024. This is a bit of a look at what is happening in the world and the things we would do well to think deeply about. The pressure on America and the Western countries has continued to pile up with special force around the issues of Russia and the Tucker Carlson & Vladimir Putin interview, the problem of President Biden and his mental incompetence, the invasion of illegal migrants coming over the southern border, and issues around money, food, housing, and energy. But the biggest, most distressing question of all is: Who is actually running the United States? Because we are often the cause of our own stress, it is good to pull away from time to time, step back, and take stock of where we’re at, what is coming at us, and where we appear to be going. So for this month, let’s call this a ‘taking stock of things” Look-See. It’s not all pleasant, but if it moves you to look at and prepare for big change, that’s good. And we will end on a good note!
