Two people, Dakota Dodd (24) and Aubrianna Freeman (22), have been arrested in Oklahoma City on five counts each of child neglect following the discovery of horrific living conditions involving their three young children. Police responded to a neighbor's report about two boys, aged 3 and 4, seen naked through a window, appearing distressed.

Officers found the children locked in a room filled with smeared and flattened human feces on the floor, walls, and even the windows. The boys were covered in dried feces, with the substance embedded in their fingernails, hands, and faces.

The apartment was described as overwhelmingly foul, with officers struggling to tolerate the stench of feces and urine. The boys reportedly were kept locked in the room for extended periods daily. A third child, an 11-month-old girl, lived in the same apartment but was in a separate area. All three children were placed in protective custody, and the home required hazmat suits for investigation due to its unsanitary state.

Dodd admitted to confining the boys so Freeman could sleep and said he intended to clean the walls and shower the children. Both parents are being held on $250,000 bail eac
