Parietal Craniotomy for Resection of Recurrent Glioblastoma (GBM). Continuation of the last case.

Despite successful resection of a parietal glioblastoma (GBM) and return to near normal function, patient did not followup with adjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapy for unrelated medical reasons. After 4 month she returned with altered mentation and complete paralysis.
