Summary

Lastly, he outlined the requirements for new tribal members, including an affirmation of allegiance to the territory of Idaho and acceptance of the Mahto tribe's laws.
Mahto Trust's Global Expansion Plans
Chief Mahto outlined the goals and operations of the Mahto Trust, a private financial and contracting entity for the Mahto tribe. He emphasized the trust's mission to increase GDP, reduce public debt, and provide services for disabled veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. The trust aims to establish Mahto villages worldwide, showcasing traditional lifestyles and customs, and contributing to the GDP of each nation. He stressed the importance of respecting the Most High and not engaging in wars with any government. The trust also plans to increase buffalo herds and develop geothermal resources.
Band's Sovereignty and Representation
The Chief discussed the importance of the band's sovereignty and the need for representation at the United Nations. He emphasized the band's peaceful nature and their unique status as non-US citizen Indians. The Chief also mentioned his adoption of all treaties and acts adopted by the Republic of the United States and other governing authorities. Jehorek expressed his support for the Chief's statements and shared his own experiences with tax issues and estate planning. The Chief then shared a correspondence with a lady regarding obtaining an exemplified copy of a treaty, highlighting the importance of requesting an exemplified copy.
Treaty Invocation and Indian History
Chief and Jehorek discussed the complexities of invoking treaties and the challenges faced by the Indians in the past. Chief explained that to invoke a treaty, one must use the exact same script and cursive as it was originally drafted, and that the treaty must be authenticated with an exemplified copy.
