Brian's journey is a testament to the power of resilience and determination. Graduating from Cherry Creek High School in 1983, Brian has since carved out a multifaceted career that spans the realms of athletics, education, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.

A former world-class athlete turned educator, Brian's professional repertoire includes roles as an elementary, junior high, and high school teacher, college professor, and college administrator. With a passion for nurturing both minds and bodies, he has also excelled as a football, basketball, and track coach.

Despite starting his academic journey as a special education student, Brian defied expectations, earning a bachelor's degree in Communications and Physical Education, a master's degree in Educational Technology, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His dedication to education stems from its significance to his parents and a recognition of its often overlooked importance within his Native American/African American heritage.

In addition to his educational pursuits, Brian is a seasoned entrepreneur. After owning a financial services business, he redirected his focus to leadership consulting upon returning to Colorado in 2010. Today, Brian serves as a Mortgage Loan Officer and part owner at Mpire Financial in Florida, while also spearheading several initiatives aimed at empowering individuals and communities.

Brian is the founder of the Journey to Freedom initiative, dedicated to helping black men achieve success, as well as The Remote Assistant Pros, a headhunting firm specializing in virtual staffing solutions. He also established the Metro Funding Group, assisting families in creating living trusts for a secure financial future.
