Prince William ‘very much in preparation mode’ to take over from King Charles

Sky News contributor Emily Carver has commented on a royal biographer’s claim Prince William and Princess Catherine are “very much in preparation mode” to take over from King Charles.

A royal insider has claimed Prince William and Princess Catherine are preparing to take the throne sooner than expected.

“I think it has a lot to do with his cancer diagnosis. We know he hasn’t been very well at all,” Ms Carver told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.

“It is common sense for Prince William and Kate to be looking to the future.

“This royal biographer is saying Prince William and Princess Catherine are very much in preparation mode, looking to the future … because you never know, it could come sooner than expected.”
