SPECIAL REPORT On 10 December 2024 Councillor Rebecca Pizzey at the City of Joondalup council meeting emphasised the neglect by state and federal members in investigating COVID-19 vaccines. Proceedings lasted more than an hour and with the vote tied at 6-6, Deputy Mayor Adrian Hill cast the deciding vote, rejecting the motion re a Royal Commission into Australia's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
