Hikvision has signed a cooperation agreement with multiple parties to jointly promote the digitization of fishery scenarios. On December eleventh, the Fisheries Digital Intelligence and Intelligent Equipment Exchange Seminar, jointly organized by the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "Donghai Institute"), the Fisheries Machinery and Instrument Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "Fishery Machinery Institute"), the Fisheries Engineering Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "Fishery Engineering Institute"), Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hikvision"), and Boyan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Boyan Technology"), was successfully held at Hikvision. At the meeting, five units including Donghai Institute, Fishery Machinery Institute, Fishery Industry Institute, Hikvision, and Boyan Technology signed a framework agreement for collaborative innovation and cooperation in smart fisheries. They will jointly promote the deep integration of science, technology, and enterprises, and build a technology innovation joint research platform driven by "industry university research application" to achieve win-win cooperation and help the layout and rapid development of the fishery digitalization industry. According to the cooperation agreement, all parties will carry out joint research and industrial applications of intelligent equipment, system engineering, data governance, etc., focusing on scenarios such as smart breeding, aquaculture, fishing, processing, and fishery resource and environmental protection. Through the joint creation of key laboratories, innovation centers, research institutes, and other platforms, active talent exchange and technical training will be carried out, and national, provincial, and ministerial level projects will be jointly applied for to enhance the collaborative innovation and application demonstration capabilities of smart fisheries. Zhang Xianliang, President of the China Ocean Fisheries Association, Li Jieren, President of the China Fishing Vessel, Fishing Machinery and Fishing Gear Industry Association, Li Mingyu, cadre of the Fisheries Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Sun Guorong, second level inspector of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Marine Economic Development, Fang Hui from the East China Sea Institute, Zheng Hanfeng, Deputy Director, Chen Jun, Director of the Fishing Machinery Institute, Xu Jian, Deputy Director of the Fishery Industry Institute, Xu Ximing, Senior Vice President of Hikvision, and Zhang Wei, Industry Director of Boyan Technology, attended the meeting. More than thirty guests, including relevant leaders, experts, and business representatives, attended the meeting. The attending experts reported on the progress of work in the fields of fishery digitalization innovation layout and smart fishery equipment, and had sufficient exchanges and discussions on the hotspots and industrial needs of fishery full chain digitalization development. Xu Ximing, Senior Vice President of Hikvision, warmly welcomed everyone's visit and provided a detailed introduction to Hikvision's development history, technological capabilities, industrial layout, and suggestions for future cooperation.
