Repair of Cracked Weld on Pontoon Boat

This video is pretty much self explanatory, the boat was only a year old and the owner had not even received the registration stickers at the point that this incident happened. On August 1, 2024 this boat was brought to me, the owner sent me the picture that is at the beginning of this video, he had rented out the boat, the renters came back and the boat was listing really bad to the starboard side so the owner pulled the boat from the water immediately, and took the picture as the water was just pouring out of the starboard pontoon. There were no marks on the boat where and damage occurred, so the factory weld just failed due to lack of penetration.
