The Yakovlev Design Bureau and the Moscow Institute of Electromechanics and Automation have created an integrated solution that combines the functions of an autopilot and engine thrust control for the imported version of the SJ-100.
The new system provides automatic control in critical phases of flight: during leveling and landing, as well as keeping the aircraft on the centerline of the runway. The algorithms meet the standards of modern airliners.

As part of certification tests, large-scale mathematical modeling is being performed: more than 2 million virtual landings with different initial conditions to confirm the reliability of the system.
