The high levels of muscle fiber recruitment that come with overcoming isometrics have in the past, helped me to improve my stamina in circuit-like high-intensity events. This was through focusing solely on strength. If training in a circuit-like manner this will bring about even better improvements for these types of events. Don't you think?
