Everybody moves the beat of a different drum. What might be right for you may not be right for some...like referencing lyrics from an 80s sitcom.

On a more serious note here are some things that I've noticed when used by themselves have allowed me to achieve a lower body fat percentage. If I combined them then maybe I get somewhere for once like on the cover of some magazine. But it is not this day!!!
