PRS KYL Challenge - Details And Questions!

I went out on Sunday and ran through this a few times with a friend.
We noticed some things and I wanted to go over them since I lost the light again and could not shoot this myself the day I filmed this.
I want to get input from everyone who is interested. I intend to think on the suggestions and find a good, fun, and fair way to run this challenge.
I want to make it hard enough that it's not easy for anyone, but I can promise if you come out to do this there is more to do at my place. I will also let you run it a few times if you want.
The main thing I am noticing is the time limit will be a little tricky to settle on. 2 minutes is really moving! 3 minutes might be a little too easy. So maybe a nice 2.5 will be fair to everyone. I think if someone is a pro level shooter, they should be set at 2 minutes.
Honestly, you are likely to run out of rounds before time if you move too fast. If you take your time too much for good shots, you will run out of time before rounds are all shot through.
I want to also make the scoring possible to go back to a previous, easier target to try and get extra points if you think you can and have rounds left, or wait and keep hitting the smallest for the maximum.
There will be a few ways to run this so you will have to think on the clock and figure out what you want to do once you get down to the last targets!
I think this will make a good challenge to combine several things you have to take into consideration.

I will figure out the points per plate, they will of course increase as you get to the smaller ones.
I also want to know, what do you think about the scoring for the 2 inch. If you hit the plate above the hex area, does that count full score, or partial?
Let me know your thoughts please!

I will reply as quickly as I'm able. I stay pretty busy Tuesdays through Saturdays!
I appreciate the interest in this already. I am starting to message some companies to see if we can get some prizes in and have some cool stuff to maybe win, beyond the recognition of doing well on a challenging run!

Thank you for watching. Have a great rest of your day and an awesome weekend!!

This is a private range. All shooting is done in a safe, controlled environment with no people or dwellings within miles to be at risk.
