My wife shrunk to half her size in one week

Have you ever felt like the person you knew had suddenly changed? 

Harry returned from a two-week business trip to find a strange woman in his house. When he asked who she was, the girl replied: “It’s me, Betty, silly”. Harry was confused. His wife was a curvy lady. And this new Betty was very slim. She laughed and explained that she wanted to surprise him, so she exercised for the two weeks he was away. Harry felt happy she had done that for him. But not for long. Sometime later, Betty broke her leg. At the hospital, the doctor said she should be more careful as she had chronic injuries that made her bones brittle. 

Harry heard about this for the first time ever. Later, when the two were returning home, a random man recognized Betty, called her Meredith, and demanded the money she owed him.
