Winds of Winter is DEAD! George R.R. Martin Admits He Can't Finish!

Good news and bad news for A Song of Ice and Fire Fans. The good news, a plethora of film and television projects are on the way. The bad news, the books are all but confirmed to stay unfinished.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, occasional author George R.R. Martin let slip that he is unsure if he will ever finish the books, after admitting he's 13 years late in releasing Winds of Winter. At this point, it's an expected reply, but if that's the case, get someone else to do it so you can claim victory if it ends better than expected, or he can do what he is best at; complain about what he perceives others to have done to him!
