Walnut Cheese Rounds

3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese (I just used the Cheddar..1 cup)
1 egg

Combine flour, walnuts baking powder, salt and mustard in a medium bowl and blend well. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add cheese and half of the beaten egg (discard the rest of the egg) Blend well until dough is stiff. Roll the dough into a log 1-1/4 inches in diameter and wrap in waxed paper. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dough into thin rounds and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 18-20 minutes until lightly browned on edges.

I used the small Ninja processor putting in order: Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Walnuts, Dry Mustard, Butter on the top cut into tablespoons.
