It’s almost impossible that he could have been at the right place at the right time in a 3 minute window in order to shoot Brian Thompson. The shooter had to have been assisted by an advance surveillance team. I’ve done thousands of hours of surveillance as a PI, so I broke down how I would’ve planned and executed the surveillance of this type of operation, specific to midtown.
