2. What assurances do we have that this technology isn't going to be mobilized against the American people in some ways that we can't guard against? How can the average taxpayer anticipate what's coming down the pike and petition their elected officials to ensure this technology doesn't become a threat?
In the year 2020 IBM put neural implants in U.S prisoners without their knowledge, reporting a great success in suppressing moods with 24/7 bio-surveillance.
