Stalker #3 - How Speed Influences 'Signalling' from Stalkers | Gang Stalking UK (2020)

Sep 27, 2020. 'Signalling' is when a stalker or gangstalker (cyberstalker) makes a movement with their hands or body at a victim / target, that the target is designed to recognise, but others might not. The target will have been conditioned / trained over months or years to see these signals. This is known as 'psychological conditioning'. .

Those signals would have been comically exaggerated at the beginning of the targeting to guarantee that the target couldn't help but look at them, but will have been reduced over time, to the point that often only they can recognise them.

Another reason for reducing the obviousness of the signalling is that by the time a targeted individual points them out to someone else, the signal has gone, or is perceived by another person as just being a normal movement - it's BY DESIGN - to make TI's (Targeted Individuals) look delusional - but that's how psychological programming works.

Gangstalking or Cyberstalking is when more than one person, or a whole team of people organise together to harass, torment or attack an individual. Private security companies have been tasked with following and harassing individuals who are on an experimentation or/and a terrorist list. Let's get this straight, TI's ARE NOT terrorists, but there aren't enough terrorists in the world to justify the stupidly high number of 'security' companies that exist, so to justify their government payments they have to create lies and pretend that normal, regular people are something to be followed.

The whole TI program has obviously been designed by psychologists. Watch this channel for a video I will be creating called 'The Sickness In Psychiatry', which exposes numerous illegal activities that have been performed by psychiatry. Psychiatry has links to the CIA, the deep state and numerous other illegal activities.
