Suspicious Openreach Engineer During Covid | Gang Stalking UK (2020)

May 28, 2020. As a concerned citizen who is sticking to the distancing rules during this Covid-19 pandemic, I considered it my duty to post this video taken just yesterday, that shows either the total disregard for the Covid rules, or the complete lack of professionalism by an OpenReach 'engineer'.
