Immigration Expert: Local Police "Crucial" for Deportations

Immigration expert Art Arthur told Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), on Tuesday, why local law enforcement is crucial for conducting mass deportations of illegal immigrants, stating among other reasons, that there is a limited amount of ICE agents.
