Goldman Sachs CEO says markets will not like sweeping tariffs

The CEO of Goldman Sachs on Tuesday (December 10) told the Reuters NEXT summit in New York he expected the incoming U.S. administration to implement a more "growthy" strategy, but warned that tariffs as a tool worked best when they were calibrated, not sweeping.
