Butter and Buttermilk - Day 9 Bloo Makes Christmas in 24 Days

Welcome to Day 8 of Bloo Makes Christmas in 24 Days and today's video is one that I think we should all have in our arsenal. Tanny and I have started buying cream from his work as not only is it cheaper but the company that supplies it is nothing to do with the Bovaer trials going on right now and quite frankly we'd rather be safer than sorry.
What this means is that I can now produce our own butter and buttermilk and it saves us an absolute fortune !!! I share how I do it with you in real time so you can see the different stages of the cream from whipping cream to soft peaks to stiff peaks to over whipped and then butter and how quickly each stage takes.
