Spices for potatoes.

- two teaspoons of ground red pepper
- one teaspoon of turmeric
- salt and pepper
- two teaspoons of dried or fresh dill
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 50-80 g of sunflower oil

Cut 1 kg of potatoes into pieces
boil the potatoes for no more than 5 minutes
mix well with seasonings
put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 240

Sauce for potatoes.

- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp. sour cream
- a little salt and pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 25 gr. cheese
- dill
