How to Prepare Your Land for Building a House

Before you start building your dream home, make sure to avoid these common land preparation mistakes! Learn from our tips and avoid costly mistakes!

First up was dealing with the two-meter-tall grass that had taken over the entire plot over the years. It was quite a battle, but after three days of mowing, I finally got the land under control.

Next, I built a fence around the property and installed a 5-meter gate to ensure privacy and security. Knowing that the soil here turns to mud quickly, I also built a sturdy driveway so heavy equipment could easily access the site.
