Can't breathe through nose - the truth

The reason you cannot breathe during sleep or daytime. Don't do turbinectomy (turbinate reduction). Do rhinoplasty (nose job) with or without septoplasty (deviated septum).

I didn't mention, the overgrown turbinate may also have thicker mucosa.
