This is how I use Apple Technology in Real Estate to be more productive. Less is more as we explore why using apple first party apps may benefit you more over google and third party apps. Also why I don’t download & save documents.

Creating widgets for Calendars, Reminders & for email.

-Safari I delete all of the standard favorites and create my own favorites. I put them in the order of importance and I start deleting pretty quickly when I no longer use them. My favorites act as a reminder of what I should be doing as well.

_ Contacts App, creating list, zip forms, transaction desk and signed documents and why I don’t download them to my files. Back office as a contact.

- Files, instead of creating folders create tags “123 Seasame street”. I try not to save my signed documents because they are saved in my zip forms| Transaction desk and my back office with my brokers.

- Mail App acts as a hub for all of your email all together. Each first party email or third party email can have its own signature. Also ICloud now allows you to buy your own custom domain. So you can have your own business domain through Apple iCloud. For example my email is Jaz@JazAlexander.com. Many people use google for email but I prefer privacy and apple tends to play well with Outlook which is what most title companies in my area use. I

- Calendar You can run your google calendar, your outlook calendar etc all through Apple default mail app making it easier to share & invitee with a major work around duplicating the even through the app.

- ICloud vs the limitation of Google Drive. Yes google drive is more limited than that of ICloud in a sense that you cannot collaborate privately with someone who doesn’t have a gmail account.

The ecosystem of apple is very polished and that is why I prefer it because I don’t have to spend time with workarounds or making things works.
