A big rig hauling 30,000 to 40,000 pounds of chocolate caught fire early Friday morning on westbound Interstate 580 near Grant Line Road in the East Bay, causing significant traffic disruptions during the morning commute.

Most of the chocolate melted, with photos showing it oozing onto the road, the San Francisco Gate has reported.
