UnitedHealthcare CEO Killing: NYPD Release NEW PICTURES of Person of Interest

The New York Police Department has released two new pictures of the person of interest in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. On Saturday, Dec. 7, the NYPD posted the images to their X account, writing in part, “Below are photos of a person of interest wanted for questioning regarding the Midtown Manhattan homicide on Dec. 4.” The pictures appear to be taken from a camera inside a taxicab. One image shows the man looking through the partition, though he is wearing a blue medical mask and black hoodie. The other photo is of him standing outside of the vehicle. The images come after police obtained a backpack in Central Park that is believed to be linked to the suspected shooter.
