ITALIAN LOVER

This cocktail is a twist on a Gin or Aperol Sour with plenty of citrusy flavors of grapefruit paired with a pleasant bitter note. Fruity, sweet, and sour at the same time, the Italian Lover makes women’s hearts beat faster. Always? Not always, but more and more often.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz GRAPEFRUIT GIN
30ml-1oz APERITIVO
15ml-0.5oz ELDERFLOWER SYRUP
30ml-1oz LEMON JUICE
1-2 drops SALINE SOLUTION
1 EGG WHITE or other foamer

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back to shaker. Dry Shake and fine strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
