CHERRY CHILI NEGRONI

Winter is coming, and this Negroni will spice you up with the heat of chilies.

The capsaicinoids in it, the ones responsible for the kick, can get your blood flowing and bring a cozy warmth. Plus, chili’s got Vitamin C, giving your immune system a boost.

Recipe:
30ml-1oz CHILI infused GIN
30ml-1oz CAMPARI
30ml-1oz SWEET AGED VERMOUTH
5 dashes CHERRY BITTERS
1 bar spoon CHILI FLAKES
mist with MARASCHINO

To enhance some umami notes, you can pre-smoke your glass with chili threads.

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into ice filled rocks glass. Mist with maraschino.

For those who like it spicier, don’t strain out the chili flakes and leave them in the drink. Others can finely strain to avoid chili flakes in the drink.

Garnish with a orange zest or chili threads.
