1.5 Tsp salt
4 eggs (+1 egg for egg wash)
150 g unsalted butter

• 120 g chorizo
• 200g Sausage
• 100g Bacon
• Other meats as desired: shredded chicken, sausage, etc.
• 50g Caramelized Onion
• 50g Pine nuts (Can use walnuts too)
• Gherkins (Pickles)
• (Can add Crispy onions, mushrooms, peppers, cheeses….)
