Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has condemned recent advances by opposition groups in Northern Syria. During his interview with Al Jazeera Diplomatic Editor James Bays at the Doha Conference, he called fighters 'terrorists' and said their seizure of territory illegal.

Yossi Mekelberg, a senior consulting fellow with the Middle East and North Africa programme at Chatham House, joins Al Jazeera's live.
