Dear Residents,

We want to inform you about upcoming maintenance on the open/uncovered sections of the parking garages at Ashton. We will be performing garage sealant work in both phases, and parking in these areas will be temporarily restricted during the scheduled dates below:

Schedule
Phase 2 Garage (same as management office): Tuesday, December 10 – Tuesday, December 24, 2024
Phase 1 Garage (opposite of management office): Tuesday, December 24, 2024 – Tuesday, January 7, 2025
Important Notes
Parking Restrictions: All vehicles must be cleared from the open/uncovered areas of the garage by 8:00 AM on the start date for each phase.
Any vehicles that are not moved by this time will be towed at the owner’s expense. This email serves as official notice to ensure vehicles are removed.
Barricades: will be placed to alert the areas restricted
Weather-Dependent Work: Please note that this schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us complete this necessary maintenance. Towing will be lifted during time to ensure that there is ample parking for all residents. If you have any questions or need assistance with alternative parking arrangements, please contact the management office.
