A Word of caution : When making Essiac Tea , Bring the water to boiling point, Then remove from the heat until you slowly and cautiously mix in the herbs !

If you just throw in the herbs , The water will immediately boil over and out of the pot all over the stove !

After thoroughly mixed, return to a simmer. Stand there for ten minutes and stir as needed. Don't ask me how I know.
