2024 NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual (GCAM) Revisions

On October 1, 2024, NASA released a new edition of the NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual (GCAM) to effectuate new policies and requirements. The GCAM is NASA's primary Federal financial assistance policy guide, and this video provides a chapter-by-chapter overview of the major revisions to the 2024 GCAM and what those revisions mean for NASA's grant and cooperative agreement applicants and recipients.
