“I WILL SING” - WHY SONGS ARE BETTER THAN SERMONS

Our Praise & Worship services are very special parts of our overall ministry to our Church families.

We are here to help them set aside the distractions and stresses of the previous week, and to guide them in to the Presence of Almighty God …

Where hopefully they will be able to get the releases, the healings, the answers … that they are looking for.

And, so it is important to remember that we are not there to put on a show – this is not Hollywood, it is Church.

We do not need to sound like the original sound track of the songs that we minister to them … they can go to Spotify and build their own PlayLists for that!

We are there to pull down on the anointing of God and to pull the people in TO the Holy Presence of a Holy God … and then we allow the Power of the Holy Spirit to minister to His people in ways that only He can!

I like to make sure that our praise and worship songs bring a “holy remembrance” to the people … and that the words start to build their faith and lift them up …
